Children's Church
During the Sunday morning worship celebration in the Worship Center, children 4 years of age through 2nd grade will be dismissed to attend Children's Church, which is created specifically to provide a comfortable environment for them to learn about and worship our heavenly Father.
Sunday School
There is nothing more rewarding than helping your children know love and follow Jesus. Sunday morning Bible Study offers your child an opportunity to study the Bible, learn how to make choices, meet new friends and become what God wants them to be. Stories, projects, activities, Scripture Memory and Bible games are just a few methods we use to provide the best learning environment for our children.
Bible Study takes place Sunday mornings at 9:15 am. Each class is divided by school grade or birthday so your child can receive the attention he or she deserves.
Worship Care
Worship Care is a vital part of the children's ministry at Calvary Baptist Church. As an extension of Children's Sunday School, Worship Care is the ministry of care and teaching for preschoolers birth through age three, during the Sunday morning and Wednesday evening worship celebrations.
The purpose is to extend the love of Christ to even our smallest child.
Worship Care is staffed 100% by church members and is always in need of new volunteers. Currently, a Worship Care volunteer may serve once every six to eight weeks. There are activities provided for you to do with the children, and there are two adults in every room so you are never alone. Wee Learn
The Wee Learn Ministry provides parents a time away from their children to meet family and personal needs; to provide families with quality childcare; to provide happy learning opportunities for preschoolers in a Christian environment; and to show interest and friendliness to families within the community.
Wee Learn, serving children ages six months to five years, is a ministry. This ministry is based on the promise God gave us in John 3:16, For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. We believe God loves each person and child.
TeamKID
TeamKID is a program for boys and girls ages K-5th grades. TeamKID meets on Wednesday nights at 6:25.
Cubbies
Cubbies is a program for boys and girls ages 3-4 and meets on Wednesday nights at 6:25.
